Focus and Scope

Ijtihad is a journal published by the faculty of shari'ah covering the study of sharia law and economic laws. The topic are:

  1. Law
  2. Islamic Law
  3. Islamic Economy Law
  4. Economic law
    In addition to these fields, IJTIHAD also accepts manuscripts covering topics between law or Islamic law and other scholarly fields such as legal sociology, legal anthropology, law and economics, and others.
