Ijtihad is a scientific journal of Law and Islamic Economics published by University of Darussalam Gontor. It is a semiannual journal published in JUNE and DECEMBER for the developing the scientific ethos. Editors accept scientific articles and result of research in accordance the nature of law and Islamic economics journals.
The journal publication schedule is divided into 2 themes, law for odd semester and Islamic economics for second semester.

The Important Information - This issue is part of the journal data migration process from the previous website platform to the new journal management system. During this transition, several historical article records, including system activity logs, peer review histories, and author revision records, are still undergoing comprehensive migration and data synchronization. | As part of the journal’s commitment to editorial transparency and accountability, evidence of log activities, review documents, and author revision records for articles published in this issue are provided manually in PDF format and may be accessed through supplementary files attached to each respective article. | The editorial board affirms that the editorial and peer review processes for all articles in this issue were conducted in accordance with the journal’s academic and publication standards, despite the ongoing system migration process. The overall data migration will continue progressively until all journal archives and metadata are fully integrated into the new platform.
